Reference 69173 ran from the late 1980s into the early 2000s as the mid-production Lady-Datejust in Rolesor (steel case and bracelet center links, yellow-gold-plated bezel, crown, and outer bracelet links). The 26mm sizing was the Lady-Datejust standard for nearly four decades before the 28mm refresh arrived with the 279xxx series in 2018.
Ivory dial here is the warmer cream variant, not stark white. Applied gold-tone baton hour markers, matching mercedes hour hand, date window at 3 under the Cyclops magnifier. Fluted bezel in yellow-gold tone, the classic Datejust signature originally borrowed from the screw-down case-back tooling of the 1940s.
