The 126000 replaced the long-running 116000 in 2020 as the central pillar of the Oyster Perpetual line. 36mm is the original Oyster case diameter Rolex introduced in 1926, and this reference returns to those proportions after years of the OP range drifting toward 39 and 41mm.
